   We went because of the variety of food choices for all types of diets (gf, veg, vegan, but also omnivores). It's a cold March and we were in the line of the second exit, so we were hit by a cold blast every time someone opened that door. Probably fine during the summer. Food was interesting. My wife had the market salad, with roasted cauliflower that was more lightly browned but still tasty. I had the squash soup which was a little light (I guess I'm used to heavy cream) and needed some seasoning. She got the tenderloin - not the best cut, a little fatty for her taste, but she liked it well enough and the sides. I got the veggie burger - it's a smash burger so it was a little unwieldy to eat, but tasted good. We split a cookie a la mode - I could taste a lot of coconut flavor in the cookie, but my wife liked it (gf), and the real dairy ice cream was good. Server could have stopped by checked on us a little more regularly - had to flag her down a couple times (salt and pepper, mustard). My wife liked the menu and plans to return, try out some other dishes.

   While the food was delicious. My son found what looked to be like a beard hair in his sweet potatoes. And after eating only two bites, I eventually found a long piece of blond hair intertwined in my salmon and rice. Management was very accommodating and comp’d my meal and the sweet potatoes and asked if I wanted anything else on the menu. But after finding two different types of human hair in two different dishes I was not able to eat anything else. I’ve been to true food three times. I can honestly say the food is amazing and so was the staff. However, with that type of experience I question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the food. What good is clean food if you get a food borne illness from improper food handling. Which I’ve had in the past from other dining experiences. So, I will not be back.

   The food was excellent but we felt duped by the $27 for 2 menu. We were not informed of the add on costs for certain dishes which made what we ordered more expensive than if we ordered off the regular menu. We were told it was new and our server was obviously not well versed.

   The service was excellent! Slight menu change in the lasagna with a doubled calorie count was surprising but the poke bowl was delish substitution!

   I made reservations for our family of 6 for a birthday celebration. Our table was prepared and ready when we arrived. Our waitress was attentive and paid attention to my gluten allergy. The food was amazing, the matcha tea, and dessert was amazing.
