Booked table for 7 people. Turned up at restaurant and found out that the restaurant was not named Tri Spice but was Mint Leaf and with a different menu to what was advertised with less choice which was disappointing. They had no knowledge of our online booking but as the restaurant was almost empty they managed to get us seated. There was only one person working and we had to wait ages to give our order. Eventually poppadoms were served but they looked like microwaved ones that you get in the supermarket and burnt. The accompanying chutneys were poor to say the least and were at an extra charge. ( Never get charged at other Indian restaurants). We saw other diners get food which was not what they ordered. We saw another couple walk out as they were not being served. What a shambles!!!. I have been to lots of Indian restaurants and have always had good food but at this restaurant I couldn't wait to get out of it. We decided to leave and even though the waiter offered 20% discount if we stayed I said to him forget it. What an embarrassment for my birthday party meal. We ended up going elsewhere where I found the couple that had walked out the restaurant earlier.
