First time at the restaurant. Waited 15 minutes at our table before walking back to the hostess to ask for a waiter. Service was extremely slow. Waited another 15 minutes to receive our drinks. Food was dry and bland starting with the wings, burger, and chicken sandwich. Key lime pie was Ok. Piano players are very good, wish for more audience participation. The vibe was kind of sad at times.

It was Valentine’s Day and we were hoping for a good experience. We had wanted to try Treble Makers for a long time due to the dueling pianos (had a great experience in Austin, TX). Picked an 8:30 pm time slot to get things started before the 9 pm show. We were given a nice, elevated table to see everything! The hostesses were great. We were eager to try the Valentine’s Day menu as well! If you’ve seen my previous reviews on other restaurants, I’m fair & tend to rate restaurants high. I’m afraid I can’t this time. Our drinks came fast (Water, tea, & soda). The 2 appetizers (calamari {missing the marinara sauce} & bruschetta were good)took a little long (20+ minutes). When we asked for appetizer plates, the server(not our waitress), gave us a funny look & said yes but never came back(so we couldn’t ask for the missing sauce). Our waitress finally checked on us…we told her that we still haven’t received our lobster bisque. She disappeared again for a long time. When she reappeared, she told us that they had run out of soup bowls which was the reason for the delay in bringing us soup. About 15 minutes later, she only brought out 1 soup. We asked for the 2nd one but it had taken so long, when she came near another table, we had to flag her down to cancel the soup. When we were canceling the soup, she informed us that they had run out of the side dishes (goat cheese scalloped potatoes & squash medley). Performers were good. Our meals came well into the show(at least 1 hr)after one guy went on break and they brought out the 3rd guy and he played a while too. We both ordered ribeyes & baked potato & broccoli/creamed spinach. When they brought out our food, the server didn’t ask if we needed anything(again, separate from our waitress) else. Other restaurants, most server teams are all engaged in the service. I did enjoy my food.Had to flag down our waitress for our check. She added 2 drinks we didn’t order but we wanted to go so we just paid & left. Not returning.

The special Valentines Day dinner menu was filled with standard options such as ribeyes, salmon, and chicken dishes. We were a party of six and ordered the ribeye steak, salmon, shrimp pappardelle as mains. We also ordered the French Onion soup and Lobster bisque as starters. The French Onion soup was lukewarm warm with the onions undercooked. The ribeye steaks were very grisly. My 14oz. steak had at least 6-7 oz of inedible fat and sinew on it. My daughter’s lobster bisque did not come out to the table until we were almost done with the mains. The saving grace was the cedar plank salmon. It was cooked and full of flavor. Our server, Jessica, was great! Although she was very busy, she was very attentive and apologetic regarding the delay in one of our dishes.

Awesome dueling pianos show. Shows are at 5-7p, or 9-11p I think, so that would have been nice to know before making the 8pm dinner reservation and paying for the show. We finished dinner around 9:15 so only really got to watch a few mins of dueling pianos show without having to keep ordering more. I would have made reservation at 7 or at 9 had I known!!

Took forever to get food. And then when I receive my food, it was missing some of the stuff that I ordered which then at that point, they told me that they were out of it. I paid to watch the show in the show was not even good at all. The guys didn’t really know how to sing. The piano’s playing was not that good when I got my bill, I was charged for stuff that I never ordered. They had to take the bill back told me they removed it and then when I looked at the bill again, it was still there. They never fix the problem. The food was good. The waiter was good. The waiter did end up giving us a couple free drinks because the bartenders over made them but if you had to ask me with buying the tickets and having dinner and tip, it wasn’t worth $300. I don’t think I will ever return.

we visit the restaurant on Valentine day with our in-laws. The noise level from the music was very high that we were not able to keep our conversation going. The waitress did not come to our table to ask if we would like to have anything, until I went to the host and ask for it. We wait more than an hour for our food to be server. I realize that this place is not for us at all. We did not like during lunch time and we will not go back for dinner either.

I understand the dueling piano being an experience, but the speakers connected for the sound was super loud. We’ve been there before where it was good, but we couldn’t hold conversations this time because we couldn’t hear anything. Mashed potatoes weee dry and cold, broccoli was cold. Lamb and chicken were delicious. Drinks were amazing. Waitress did a great job staying attentive.

We were looking forward to a nice Valentine’s Day dinner instead we received poor service and subpar food. It took 45 minutes to get a bowl of soup and about an hour and a half to get our food. The food was bland and the vegetables undercooked. We certainly will not be returning to this restaurant.

I had been here before and food was much better than tonight. We had earlier reservations at 4 pm when arrived was only one other table of people. wasn’t impressed with overall quality of food mashed potatoes cold and lumpy, veggies cold, loaded baked potatoes cold and sure weren’t loaded we had to ask for sour cream cheese and butter, lobster bisque had a greasy film over the top of soup. chicken dry and hard to cut. surf and turf was good the couple who ate it said. Valentine’s day and $350 for 4 people to eat no alcohol about $45 to book reservations and $60 tip. Night should have been a lot better, felt we were being rushed before finished eating kept asking if could clear anything by different ppl we still had 45 minutes left of show just left. First experience was better that was under old owners when there last. Our comers in from CT so it was a bit embarrassing how I bragged this place up to be disappointed. waitress was nice but when i barely ate anything on plate you would think they would ask why?
