Food was horrible. You don’t make arribiatta sauce with jalapeños. My drink got to my table after I asked for the bill. The temperature of the food was like warm. Will never go there again or recommend it

My husband said it was the best food he’s ever eaten out at a restaurant. Haha! We had a fabulous meal here and will definitely be going back!

Found the food to be bland. Seems the focus here is on quanity vs quality. Our waiter was not as attentive. They have a $21 expresso martini. Skip on this. Plenty of places in the North End to get quality expresso martinis

Young hostess very rude, was having conversation with coworker in spanish speaking ill of fellow guest at the restaurant w/o knowing the people around her understood what she was saying. Made me uncomfortable to check in for reservation. Also female food runner spilled water on me twice (didn’t apologize), wasn’t warm or welcoming, overall cold and rude. Very disappointed with the service of Trottia Il Panino. Use to be my favorite restaurant in North End.

Had an early dinner with friends before a Celtics game. Stopped at the bar for a bit before sitting at our table. Staff including hostess, bartender & waiter, were very friendly & helpful. Food & beverages were great. We especially loved the roasted vegetable appetizer & risotto. The wonderful waiter even packed a to-go espresso for me so we could leave for the game. Thank you! We’ll be back!

Our table was around the back in a covered outdoor area with heaters. It was warm enough but I had to keep my coat on to be comfortable and just wasn’t expecting this. The food was fine. Nothing overly special especially for the price. The service was excellent though, our waiter was very attentive and funny as were all the staff.
