    We have dined here many times in the past & have always thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Not so this time. The service was impersonal to the point where we had to ask for water refills. We were never offered additional cocktails which we would gladly have accepted. We didn’t have time to finish our appetizer before the food hit the table which all felt very rushed. The quality of the food was good but not great & it’s always been great in past visits. It just felt like a rushed, unimpressive, mediocre dinner. Perhaps this was just an off night. We will try them again as all our previous experiences have been wonderful.

    The service and the food was just exceptional. Our waiter, Benjamin, was just terrific, and the pizza is the best and so were the vegetable antipasto. This restaurant never fails to satisfy.

    Wonderful time as always. Service, food, fun decor, and dining room always a great experience. Celebrated my friend’s birthday and the waiter brought out complimentary ice cream with a birthday sparkler. Fantastic! Only minus one star on the portion of antipasto—for $27 the sizes were tiny—of the 3 portions of antipasto, we got 3 small pieces of cauliflower which was the ridiculous. And the menu in general is more on the expensive side. But at least the food is definitely good!

    The restaurant is in a perfect location across from Carnegie Hall, where my husband and I regularly attend concerts. I had requested a specific table at which we were graciously seated. We sat for a long time without our order being taken, and when I mentioned it to the maitre d', he immediately took our order. We learned later that the dining room was down three servers that day -- but the staff members who were present did their best to make up for it. We wanted a light pre-concert meal, so we had a three-vegetable appetizer and a veggie pizza. Everything was fresh and tasty -- and the pizza had a very thin crust, just like in Italy.

    Unfortunately we waited for almost an hour after sitting down for our food. Had to keep asking for our drinks. Try another place
