   We had been to this restuarant years ago ago at this location and many times at the Pavillion shopping center. We rarely trash an experince but this was a true dissapointment. The atmosphere and experience needs to be more intimate. The redecorating was done so poorly here. The lighting is like your in a parking lot with daylight bulbs ( instead of warm light), the acoustics were non existance, so the noise level encouraged everyone to continuously raise there voices at each table to hear the folks at your table. The chef had a love affair with the salt shaker, so most of the food for the 6 of us was dissapointing. The servers were unprepared and untrained in basic service skills. They didnt know who ordered what dish and barked out" who has the branzino, etc"? They would extend there arms across one patron, ilo, of properlu serving each from the side. The main server, would ask the classic American quote" is everything ok"? Considering, the owner controls the atmosphere, the cooking and the serving, a caring, trained staff would know that they did that well and not have to ask, as they would see by our body language and know we were very happy . The support staff were also not trained in serving but also not in clearing the table. They werent there for the customer experience, as they wanted to clear some plates, while several of us were still eating. The classic No- NO, in the industry. then at the end the main server brings the bill with a digital machine that is preset for a 22% tip and hovers over you to make you feel uncomfortable. As a partime resident of both Europe and USA, we pay all the time by tapping in Europe. The servers in Europe, put the machine on the table,walk away and allow the patron to feel comfortable in addressing their bill and tipping. All in All, all the taboos that we experienced are correctable, but it requires management first to care and then train themselves and their team in basic culinary and dining skills.    The food and service were very good as usual. We were a 4-some and everyone had something different. All were extremely satisfied tonight. Unfortunately, there was no room for dessert…

   Trattoria Abruzzo does not disappoint. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious as usual. The Brodetto Vastese was very tasty. We will surely return.

   Got the shrimp and pasta. Loved it! Shrimp big and cooked perfectly, homemade pasta and delicious lemony sauce.

   Server took our order, delivered our drinks and never saw her again. Meals was delivered by a runner. Server never returned to see if everything was ok or brought grated cheese for our meals. We had to flag her down for our check. When check arrived again we waited for her to return to pay the bill. We have had a couple of bad experiences here and this is the last time. Food is good but bad service isn't with coming back to

   My husband and I were early for our reservation so we enjoyed happy hour at the bar. Good prices on food and drink. Joined friends for our reservation and everyone enjoyed their meals. Server was great but I didn’t catch his name. We even ordered a pizza to go to have the next day

    When your Grandchildren come in from Georgia and insist on going to the Italian place that serves a Nutella/strawberry pizza for dessert…it’s got to be here! BTW we agree because of the fabulous pasta dishes!!!
