   It was the worst dining experience we have ever had. Took over an hour for appetizers and than over 45 mins for entree. Food and service was very poor

   We made a reservations for a party of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) for 8 PM. Reservations were unnecessary as the restaurant was only 1/4 full. Despite not being very busy, it took over 20 minutes after being seated for us to get our drinks (soda/water). Because it took so long for our server (Gabby) to wait on us, we decided to place our appetizer order along with our meal order. The appetizer came out a few minutes before our meal. When they brought our meals, they didn’t clear the table from the appetizer. Frustrated, I got up and cleared our table and moved the dirty plates and empty appetizer dish to an unoccupied table. My wife ordered soup and was only provided a fork. She waited several minutes to ask our server for a spoon, but as usual, she was absent. My wife ended up asking at the hostess station and got her own spoon. The fries that came with all sandwiches were ICE cold. We asked for some hot fries to replace the cold ones they gave us. And par for the course, we had to ask the hostess out front because Gabby was absent. If you’re looking for bad service and cold food for a premium price, this is your place!

   Ambiance was great. Service was ok, but our server had a large table sat shortly after we ordered. So it was understandable that he was busy. He never really came back to check on us and get refills and we had to wait a long time get the check. Food was not very good. Typical for a resort style restaurant, expensive but low quality. The cocktails were the best part of the meal. Just go in with low expectations and you’ll be fine…

   Meals not delivered together. Gluten Free meal arrived after all other meals had been finished. Quality of food was tasteless.

   Food is not good. Don’t know why we go back. Menu sucks food had no flavor and service was alright but they were busy. The place itself is nice

   My daughter’s 12 th birthday was a huge success!! They had her favorite pumpkin cheesecake and I asked the waiter to put happy birthday on it and they came out singing and made her night special! The waiter was very attentive and never forgot a single thing we asked and we asked for plenty! GREAT JOB to all the staff and the chefs. The food was delicious ! We got the salmon , veggie wrap, fajitas , and wings . It was All great !

    Our waitress was very pleasant but the service was slow. The food was awful. My French onion soup had no flavor. My husband got the ahi tuna bowl and also said it had no flavor and the vegetables in it were not cooked. My son ordered a chicken sandwich and asked for no mushrooms but of course they were on it. All of our meals were very bland and not worth the time or money.
