   Great service, fantastic food since ownership changed. (The only item that wasn’t amazing were the Al pastor tacos- they were fatty.) All other items we ordered were fantastic, even the chips!

   Our OpenTable booking was not managed well and we ended up being called by the restaurant on the day of dining to say the only spot for us was now 7:30pm from orig 6:15pm. Even tho I had confirmed a couple of times via text etc for the orig booking. The person on the phone said we would have an appetiser complimentary for our understanding. Which we appreciated the gesture. When we arrived at restaurant no one mentioned this. So we explained the story. Still received the bill without the app comp’d. Had to wait while a manager was called to explain all over again what we were trying to do. Pretty much undermined the whole point of showing appreciation. Extremely noisy. Seated in the corner by a very large group of about 20 people and so not the greatest night!

   Very slow service. 30 min to get a drink and chips. Wait staff wonders around doing nothing while customers wait for service. Food is very good but probably won’t be back as it’s not the first instance of similar service issues. Where is management?

   Food was very good. Drinks were good but pretty pricey. $20 for a margarita seems expensive and when a party of 6 each has one it’s impactful. Service was good but tables close and made for noisy atmosphere.

   The menu is interesting and does have a few new twists to traditional Mexican dishes. Problem is even the best food is not very good when served like warm at best. Our server was nice enough when we saw him but was as charismatic as a slug. Perhaps he was having a bad day. While there were a handful of kids busily filling water glasses or picking up plates, our server would disappear and not be seen until too late. All in all our experience was disappointing. However, to their credit, our subtle comment regarding the food was seriously taken, and with sincere apologies and two plates comped, there was an amount of redemption. We will give TQLAS another chance some time in the future and I am confident it will be a better experience.

   The food is different and unique (compared to traditional Mexican/American food). Service was great, very attentive. Try it for some place different!

   We had a great dinner last night - our first time at Tqlas! Valerie was our server - she was attentive and positive and professional. The GM Christina also stopped by to make sure we were happy. The busboy was very efficient. Food was great too so a win-win!

   2nd visit and both have been good - nothing exceptional but good enough to return so we will give it another try real soon I hope.

    The food was terrible. Had no flavor at all. I ordered ahi tuna tacos. It was ahi tuna and cucumber and avocado thrown in a taco. No sauce at all. The tuna was not marinated. They have no frozen margaritas which was a big disappointment. For dessert we ordered the churros and for $12 you had basically one large churro with ice cream. I do not recommend this place. And service was so slow to top it off.
