   Service très moyen! Pas de pain. J’ai du le demander. Le serveur a retiré la corbeille avant que notre plat principal soit servi. Les huîtres étaient ordinaires. Par contre, le steak était bon.Musique très forte! Le serveur pas très aimable. Nous ne retournerons pas à ce resto.

   Chère Madame Auger, Nous sommes attristés de lire vos remarques négatives. Vous et votre invité avez partagé des huîtres Lighthouse Bay, connues pour leur saveur sucrée et salée. Depuis que nous les avons introduites, elles ont été bien accueillies par nos clients. Si elles n'étaient pas à votre goût, nous aurions été heureux de les changer pour vous! Le pain est servi sur demande. Si vous en voulez plus, vous n'avez qu'à le demander! Nous avons pris note de vos commentaires. Nous n'avons pas la réputation de manquer de service et nous prenons cela très au sérieux. Cependant, nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié vos steaks!    Bonjour Service un peu lent et peu fréquent, mais le tout était quand même excellent. Mon mari et moi venons à chaque année pour le souper de Noël de notre compagnie (Prodco). Merci encore pour avoir pris soin de nous.

   J'ai sélectionné le restaurant pour un dîner d'affaires en raison de la qualité exceptionnelle de sa cuisine. Cependant, au cours de la soirée, un groupe à proximité faisait preuve d’un niveau sonore excessif et tenait des propos peu professionnels, ce qui nuisait à l’image prestigieuse de l’établissement et par le même fait mon choix de restaurant. Notre serveur habituellement impeccable semblait accaparé par ce groupe, entraînant un service négligé à notre table.

En même temps, nous nous excusons pour le désagrément causé par le client ivre près de votre table. Nous comprenons parfaitement vos frustrations, et l'hôte de cette table était particulièrement embarrassé par la conduite de son invité et a eu l'amabilité de s'excuser. Veuillez noter que vos préoccupations ont été portées à l'attention de la direction et du serveur et qu'elles ne se reproduiront plus.    I have an amazing time everytime I am at Towne380..very hospitable service each and everytime I walk-in. The ambience, the food specially made to your liking and of course the quality of the service ( very attentive waiters) is outstanding. I’ve been there 4-5 times already and the experience there just keeps getting better and better. Overall, the best steakhouse, I’ve been in Montreal/Laval whether it’s for the quality of the food, the service or the ambience.
