Terra restaurant is located at Tottington Manor which is beautifully situated in the South Downs National Park with hillside and farmland views, yet it is just 10 minutes from the A23 at Pyecombe and the A27 at Shoreham.

With a menu showcasing the best of local ingredients cooked fresh each day by our team of chefs, you can enjoy dinner in the restaurant, or outside on our decking, or in winter time, choose our more relaxed fire side Olive Restaurant.

In addition we have a number of private dining options available from 6 to 95.

Our South Downs Suite is completely separate with its own private garden, stretch tent and bar and is ideal for family celebrations, parties and of course Weddings. First time in the Terra restaurant and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service and decor (and the location views are hard to beat on any day of course) Having previously eaten in the Olive Lounge it was a nice step up. I happened to put a note on the booking that it was the first anniversary for the GF and I, and we were bowled over with the complimentary extra touches laid on for us - very touching. Staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable also. Would recommend for any occasion. Final comment, Tottington Manor, please please please do bring back the cheese soufle - its quite a dish - in fact its an epic dish and deserves it's place back on the menu and on my plate. Bravo. Thanks all.

We have driven past Tottington Manor on many occasions but never had a chance to stop. As it was our wedding anniversary we decided to have a special dinner at Terra. Well we are so glad we did! After been warmly greeted by a charming hostess we were shown to our table, very comfortable with a great ambiance. There is a wide and delicious menu, what made it special is most of the ingredients are locally sourced. The food was exquisite, every mouthful a delicious treat, perfectly cooked. My wife has a couple allergies and the team did everything they could to accommodate this. There is a great selection of wines, including a fantastic selection of UK wines. The service was impeccable. Thanks for making our evening so special!

Beautiful restaurant with a lovely ambiance. Food was very well presented and delicious from a small menu. Customer service was outstanding from start to finish with attention to detail - took a friend for a birthday treat and nothing was too much to ask! They offered a complimentary Prosecco and a further complimentary ‘happy birthday’ dusted and decorated small dessert with strawberries - was such a beautiful touch to a wonderful evening. Will definitely be back.

We had the afternoon tea which was amazing. Service was a bit slow in the beginning but they were very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place, great food, can't recommend enough. The owner could look into a renovation as the decor could use some upscaling, but we had such a lovely time I can't take away a star just for this.
