   Realynn was an excellent server. We had a wobbly table she moved us and said it wasn’t right to fix it when we were seated. A very smart customer centric decision

   When we walked in the restaurant I immediately like the feeling of the place. Our waitress, Carmen was awesome. Then we found a wine on their wine list we have been trying to duplicate for years. They have a great wine list! And our meals were great too! I had the chicken parm...Loved it. And then we would like to give the Manager extra kudos! Turned out my husband left his credit card and I didn't see the message on Open Table until the next morning (By the way Thank You Open Table). We had driven to East Lasing from Holland MI for a concert and were planning to head home that morning. Called the Restaurant and because it is connected to the hotel the front desk answer....Long story short, we went to the hotel and the Manager of the Restaurant came in special to get the card out of the Safe! THANKS A MILLION This is a place that is worth the drive!

   I have been here many times but tonight the service was very much subpar. Food delivered cold, drink orders forgotten, ordered taken late, water fill ups slow; waiter kept saying I’m sorry over and over again instead of getting things right. Online menu out of date. I think it will be a minute before I return since my expectations now are low for this restaurant. :(

   Our table had the 14 oz New York strip and the Bolognese pasta. We also got an order of bread. Everything was absolutely fantastic! The service was amazing. Would definitely go back especially in the summer to sit outside.
