   Disappointing. Much of the food came out lukewarm/cold. One of the filets was overdone then underdone. They took the undercooked filet back but then my son had to sit and wait while the rest of us ate. Then the second one came undercooked and he sent it back again. We all had finished by then and he was still waiting for his meal. They didn’t bother to take the meal off our bill; just offered us free dessert which none of wanted. We just wanted to leave. It’s disappointing that offering a free dessert (which isn’t even close to what we paid for that filet) is the solution to good customer service. Just comp the entree.

   We came for Easter brunch. Service was poor and most of the buffet serving dishes were empty. I also ordered wine and only a 3 oz pour at most. Would have ordered another glass but our waitress was mostly unavailable. On a positive, the brussel sprouts were amazing.

   Toscana was such a disappointment. The name is the only thing Italian about this restaurant. The restaurant itself is clean and nice looking, but that doesn't come close to making up for the mediocre American food and staff. Change the name to Generic Two Star Hotel Restaurant so that visitors know what to expect.

   The food was okay, nothing special nothing to rave about, our server wasn’t the most knowledgeable either. Server asked us if we were getting any dessert before we got our entrees because “the kitchen was asking”. Made us feel rushed. Overpriced, but was a clean and beautiful environment

   Waited over hour and half for 4 pastas. Sat next to an extremely loud business dinner party. Waitress didn’t check on us once once food was served. Salad came out and tasted as if the vegetables had been frozen…was wilted and tasteless.

   Realynn was an excellent server. We had a wobbly table she moved us and said it wasn’t right to fix it when we were seated. A very smart customer centric decision

   When we walked in the restaurant I immediately like the feeling of the place. Our waitress, Carmen was awesome. Then we found a wine on their wine list we have been trying to duplicate for years. They have a great wine list! And our meals were great too! I had the chicken parm...Loved it. And then we would like to give the Manager extra kudos! Turned out my husband left his credit card and I didn't see the message on Open Table until the next morning (By the way Thank You Open Table). We had driven to East Lasing from Holland MI for a concert and were planning to head home that morning. Called the Restaurant and because it is connected to the hotel the front desk answer....Long story short, we went to the hotel and the Manager of the Restaurant came in special to get the card out of the Safe! THANKS A MILLION This is a place that is worth the drive!
