We ordered the large Tomahawk steak and it was cooked to perfection. All of the good items were great. Shelby was out waitress in the seating area and she was wonderful. Our server was a bit on the dry side. Once I saw there was gratuity added to our ticket I realized he worked like he was getting gratuity, not working for a tip. The food and Shelby, however, made our experience wonderful.

The food and ambiance were great but the service was lacking. It took the waiter 15 minutes or more to take our drink order. We never got drink refills and the food took almost and hour to come out and it took an other 30 minutes to get the check and pay at the end. If you plan on eating here make sure you have a lot of time.

Staff was friendly, but multiple issues with our order. Wife’s entree was grossly overcooked and it took a long time to remake it. Her Spanish coffee also came without the whipped cream or cinnamon and the waitress claimed it was made correctly.

Love the ambiance. The open grill area is it's own attraction. The churrasco with brussel sprouts, pork belly Mac and cheese, and the potatoes was the best for our group. Excellent!

Waited almost twenty minutes after my reservation time before I finally got seated. The ceviche was completely flavorless and served with tortilla chips I could have bought at Kroger. Gin and tonic was nothing special for the price point, and wine was served in a sticky glass. Main entrees were enough food, not sure why they push addition sides so hard. The churro for dessert tasted fresh but the chocolate dipping sauce tasted like a melted Hershey bar. Not worth a $150 meal for two.

Toro Toro is a very good restaurant. The food was prepared extremely well. The wood fired grill really enhances the flavor of the meat, it’s worth a return trip.

Our waiter Vanessa was great, the cocktails were outstanding. The steaks were the best my wife and I have ever had. I often wonder if a higher priced steakhouse will be worth the hype but this one delivered 100%. The staff really reflected the same quality and Executive Chef Julio Cartagena even stopped by our table and had a genuine conversation. Then we saw him over working alongside his line chefs . We will definitely go back and can recommend to anyone based on our experience.
