    Service at this place was slow even though the restaurant was half empty. The couple next to us even got up and left because of the long wait. The food was okay and some pieces were too fatty or flavorless. There was a sauce I really liked, though, which was nice. It took about 1.5 hours for a meal that should have been 45 minutes. The dessert was delicious. Overall an okay experience but nothing to recommend.

    いつも利用させて頂いています。時間制限があり1.5時間なのですが2時間制だと助かります。美味しいお食事なのでもう少しゆっくり味わいたいですね。

    食事はとても美味しかったです。 予約時には時間制限についての記載はありませんでしたが，店舗を訪れた際に突然９０分の時間制限があると告げられました。ゆっくり食事をするには時間が短く，６０分経ったところで９０分で出て行くようプレッシャーをかけられ，最後の方は落ち着いて食べられませんでした。感じもだいぶ悪かったです。もっとゆっくり食事ができる店舗に行きたいと思いました。

    予約したにも関わらず普通にカウンター席でがっかりしました。予約席ならテーブル席を用意して欲しかったです。 お肉はとても美味しくて料理自体や店員さんの対応には満足ですが、その予約席がテーブル席じゃない所だけがちょっと納得いきませんでした

    7000円のコースを食べました。5000円のコースとの最大の違いはユッケが付いている事とデザートが充実している事でした。

    店員さんの対応もよく、メニューへの質問に対しても適切な対応と説明があり、スムーズに会食をすることができました。味はもちろんのこと、網の交換などよく気を配って見ていたなとそのさり気なさに感心しました。次回も是非活用したしたいお店です。

    対応してくださった男性の店員さんは良かったのですが、1人女性の店員さんが厨房中の人とプライベートの様な内容の会話をしているのが少し気になりました。

    やはり安定のトラジ。値段とクオリティのバランスが良いです。 あとサービスが丁寧で気持ち良い。焼肉屋さんでは少ないので貴重です。

    お料理は本当に美味しく満足です。 二日前にチェーン店で上カルビ食べましたが、ここのカルビとはまるでちがいました。 ただ、カウンター席が狭く、店員が料理をテーブルに置く際毎回必ず手が腕に当たる。不愉快でした。
