Discover authentic Japanese cuisine at its best at Toraji Hermitage Ebisu. This restaurant and specialty shop, the first of three Toraji eateries, has a warm, welcoming ambience and an extensive menu, with an emphasis on beef specialties, including raw, grilled and stir fry dishes. The beef is hormone-free and prepared at the peak of flavor. Toraji Hermitage Ebisu's menu includes stone pot and soup dishes, chicken, seafood, pork and soup specialties, as well as light, refreshing desserts. The restaurant also boasts an extensive drink list, featuring wine, beer, champagne, sake, craft cocktails, soft drinks, coffee and teas.

    The restaurant was able to fulfill my wish on really short notice to be seated in a room where a scene of popular television show Terrace House was taken. Subsequently we had a room all to ourselves. I recommend the osake premium. I asked for it to be warm (hotto) and they did an excellent job. The website of Toraji is very user friendly for making reservations: it is even possible to choose a reservation by subject: business meeting, group, location with a view OR choose by location (lots of Toraji venues all over Tokio). I like it that we were allowed to barbecue the meat by ourselves. Korean barbecue restaurants 9with Korean staff own by Koreans) sometimes have a cook standing at your table which invades my privacy; suki janai desu. The barbecue plate does not get smokey or burnt during the entire barbecue. If you like Korean barbecue with a Japanese twist, go for Toraji. Japan takes foreign and improve it in their own perfect sense. Oishii deshita! Toraji ga daisuki!

    家族で行きましたが、個室のような感じでゆっくりできました。 美味しいし、対応も最高です。また行きたいし、仙台にも店舗出して欲しい！

    土曜の早めの夕飯で子連れで行きました。料理がおいしいのはもちろんのこと、サービス良く、個室で子連れにも安心でした。

    焼肉屋さんなのに、煙がほとんどなく、帰宅しても衣服に臭いがついていなかったことに感動しました。 ほぼ個室のお部屋で美味しいお料理を食べられて素晴らしい休日でした。

    味はOK。アジア系の店員ばかりで、日本語が不自由なのかもしれないですが、店員を呼んで、ドリンクのおかわりを注文したら、「それだけ？」といわれること2回。びっくりして苦笑です。

    味は申し分無し。 個室なので、家族連れ、特に子連れにお勧めです。 2〜3ヶ月の間隔で、定期的にお世話になっています。

    1-2か月に1度伺っていますが、いつも感じよく迎えて下さって、気持ちよくお食事ができます。 今回は、息子と私の誕生日のお祝いでしたので、その旨記載しましたら、お誕生日プレートをご用意いただきました。ありがとうございました。 某恵比寿のホテルではお誕生日のランチで予約したのに、周りのあちこちの席ではお誕生日のお祝いしている中、忘れられて何事もなく帰るはめになり、お隣の三越で自分でケーキを買って帰るという顛末で寂しく感じていましたので、より店員さんの温かさに嬉しくなりました。
