   I have visited Tops Diner several times, always ordered different menu items, except today. I went there for breakfast for the first time. The breakfast potatoes are not it. They were dry and without seasoning. Well, one dish out of 20 (so far) is not too bad. lol

   Our server Billy was attentive and was always aware of our needs I strongly recommend you ask for his service. He made sure our drinks were refilled even without asking, he made suggestions about what would be a good pairing with our entrees.

   The reservation we made was honored and we were seated on-time. The order for Apps and drinks was taken promptly and came quickly. The meal order came more quickly than anticipated and before we could finish the Apps. One of the meals was completely wrong, however, the waitress and server quickly had the kitchen make the correct mail and provided a complementary drink while we waited and seemed sincerely concerned about making things right. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meals and atmosphere/vibe, so we left a very good tip to reflect the staff's effort and for the holidays. Overall, a good experience. Tops Diner is no average diner and the pricing reflects that fact.

   Love our trips to Tops Diner. The staff is so welcoming and pleasant, the food is well prepared, tasty and there’s a wide variety of choices. The atmosphere is sophisticated, festive and clean. Just an all around perfect experience !!!!

   Our waiter Terrance was simply incredible. He exceeded our expectations! Calvin the manager stopped thru to say hello and double check on our meals. We were extremely pleased. Thank you!
