   Bad. Simulator was not responsive and the were a total of 4 RH Clubs and 1 Putter in the simulator I had.

   The game screens didn't work that well, and we even had the one they didn't have to keep resetting. Food was ok, and expensive.

   Great fun when the top golf system actually works. It froze 3-4 times, so frustrating when it didn’t operate. The ladies at the hotel who assisted when there problems were fabulous

   The food and drinks from Bar Rojo were the highlight of the experience. Every other aspect of the experience was lacking. The ambience is poor because you are in a big glass room in the hotel lobby so you feel as though you’re in a fish bowl. There were screaming kids running in and out and grabbing balls for their play. The charge the bar staff to get you set up but they know nearly nothing about getting you set up. They log you in and start the timer without explaining anything to you or having all clubs or equipment ready for you to use. I love the concept but it needs to be less public and the staff should be better informed

   At check in, informed the sever I was right handed. 90% of the clubs available were left handed. Seems that no one checks the clubs regularly to ensure each bag has the correct clubs. Had to putt with wedge as it took 15 minutes to find a right handed putter. No extra time given for lack of clubs.

   Very cool having Topgolf Suite in the hotel lobby. Food service was great in the suite.
