   The simulators did not work 75% of the time spent 40 min of the hour trying to get it to work and only got 75 dollar gift card after paying 195 plus tax and gratuity. Ridiculous after paying that amount of money for it to not work and not get at least 75% refund. Did not even get refund got a gift card. Completely ridiculous. Would not recommend to anyone I know.

   We ordered A suite with the simulators. We had never done that before there was no one there to show us how to use them. Our waiter acted like she had no clue what she was doing. We were supposed to get food with our reservation, but I had to ask for it, we never got silverware never gotten napkins. Definitely not worth the money would not recommend this to anyone very disappointed. I even had to go find our waitress at the end to make sure we could leave. Never came back to check on us. Nothing.

   Went for top golf but food was apart of the package, even though we didn’t want to eat. The cheese sauce used on the nachos was pretty heavy and borderline gross…regular shredded melted cheese would have been so much better. The falafel sandwich and fries were all great though. The top golf malfunctioned on us but they were amazing and gave us another booth and extended our play. Unfortunately the curtains looking over the TD entrance couldn’t close enough to cut down on the glare so the screen was light and harder to see than the more internal booth. Waitstaff was extraordinary and did everything they could to help us out and make up for deficiencies!

   Simulator - It was an enjoyable experience that we'd go to again. It did have a few technical difficulties but nothing major. The activity itself was super fun and I think we only tried half of the activities. One gripe is that the equipment was very messy (beyond use from just that day) and it would have been great if this was fixed up. Food - The food provided was amply sized and of decent quality. I would stress getting your order in ASAP as it did take a while to receive and the activity is time-sensitive. Ambiance - I like the bar location in the city and the location of the simulators at the top floor gave you an awesome view of the main floor. The bar noise below created a nice vibe while being quiet enough to just chat with your party comfortably. Service - The staff was friendly and responsive, if there was anything I would suggest is having one staff member within earshot or easier to flag down when there are needs or technical issues. Part Size Warning - Please be certain of your party size, they have the right to refuse changes and if they do it was an extremely difficult process that needed reminding and calling back. With that said, I was appreciative they could accommodate a last-minute change.

   Topgolf did not work properly, the staff couldn't even get the lights to work. The reservation started late. The team at Banners was not competent or interested in our experience.

   We made a special occasion reservation for a bday in the swing suite ahead of time. No one seemed to know how to explain how it worked. Could not find our waitress numerous times.

   Terrible service, took about 45 minutes to get a drink and our golf round was cut short. Employees couldn’t figure out how to extend the time so we couldn’t finish our round.

   We ordered food and drinks when we first arrived. We didn’t get nachos or beer for 45 minutes….then the nachos arrived super cold and congealed

    It felt like they forgot about us up in the Topgolf Suite. Server only came by twice in our 90 minute slot, one drink was flat both times they brought it. Could have been a very cool experience, but the poor service overshadowed the ambience.
