   This was our first dining experience at Tony’s. The food was excellent. I had the salmon piccata my husband had the short rib. Drinks were also very good. Service was excellent. Can’t wait to go back!

   Tony’s is one of our favorite places to eat. The food is wonderful. I have been coming here since 1978 and never had a negative experience.

   Highly recommend. Tony’s is among the best dinning we have had in CDA. The hand pulled mozzarella was fantastic. Salads were fresh and vibrant. I almost never order steak at restaurants due to high level of disappointment, but decided on the tenderloin with gnocchi. Very well seasoned and cooked at medium rare. For the price I would have liked to see a sauce of some sort just for an elevated experience (this being said by someone who tends not to add anything to a well cooked steak). Our waiter was nice but was not very outgoing. Our drinks were always full and he did check in a couple of times but very little communication. I wouldn’t say we were disappointed with service though. All in all a great experience. I look forward to coming back in warmer weather when it is light outside, and take in the beauty of CDA Lake with this amazing food.

   How do reservations at Tony's On The Lake for New Year's Eve, and it was a great choice. It was not my first dining experience there, and it is always pleasant. Nice lighting and ambience, wonderful food and they have a great cocktail and wine menu. I ordered the chicken marsala, which was absolutely delicious. We also had bubbly for the occasion. Wonderful dining experience as always.

    Truly a disappointing experience. We came here for a holiday celebration meal with family from out of town and as soon as we sat down we were being hurried along. Waitress was in such a rush that we were in and out in under an hour for drinks, appetizers and entrees. Clearly she did not want to serve our table at all, and for a $200 dinner, almost could not tip. Meatballs were pretty good but the rest of the food was so disappointing for an Italian restaurant or any place in general that I could not come back. We had the halibut, half chicken and chicken pizziaola (chicken parm). Halibut was so overcooked we had to cut it with a knife. Risotto was undercooked and the smallest portion possible. About a spoonful of risotto. The half chicken was more like a quarter chicken where it looked like they had cut the breast and the thigh in half. Both pieces looked like they had been smashed so thin that they looked like a paillard more than a half chicken. Chicken pizziaola tasted like it had come frozen from a distributor. Go someplace else for Italian food. :(
