   Easter lunch with my nephew. Favorite were delicious. Bungalow salad, traditional burger and fries. Excellent service. Live Hawaiian music. Thank you

   Our family experience @ Tommy Bahama was perfect We enjoyed the food and atmosphere and we are happy we went there for Easter !!! Our server Taylor was beyond amazing. She anticipated our needs st every step and we didn't even have to ask for anything .....she was on it !!! Thanks for the exceptional service at all levels We WILL be back !!!

   The greeting, service, delicious meals, and ambience all added to the enjoyment of our dining experience. Our server, Jacob, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He was patient in advising us of the various dishes, and we appreciated his familiarity of the menu. The appetizers of Coconut Shrimp, the main dishes of the Crusted Fish, Shrimp and Scollops, Hamburger, Children's Pasta, and mouth watering Cheesecake dessert, were all delicious. The Mai Tais and Pina Colada were well made. Overall, our dining experience was excellent, and we appreciated the attention of all the staff, including the manager, who visited our party to ensure that we were satisfied diners. We have enjoyed our many previous visits to this very popular restaurant.

   Had a reservation for 6:15. Was sat around 6:40 ish. (Walked by 2 open 4 seaters and 2 5/6 seaters- needing cleaned- could have probably been sat way sooner… Food was delicious, service was not good. Had to ask for everything and never got it including water, sauce, refill. Check took about 15 minutes to get. Came to check on us after food was delivered and we were almost done with it. Kind of late to ask how it is or if anything is needed… We told her we had a birthday and also had to leave on time and service took so long we ended up being there until past 8:00 even though we ordered very quickly and nothing complex. This last time we came, it was a similar experience starting with the same host today- she did this last time too (power/condescending type). We’ve been coming here for a couple years but it hasn’t been as good of service lately unfortunately, and used to be one of our fave places.
