Food was very good as always but it was extremely dark and the music was very loud. We asked the lights to be turned up and the manager said no. We had to use the flashlights on our phone to see the menu. The host staff was also somewhat rude when we asked for a booth and said there were none available. There were a couple empty it just seemed they didn’t want to clean them which we were willing to wait for. Music was very loud and we could barely hear each other at the table.

Hello Ashley I’m glad our wonderful hosts were able to accommodate your seating request. Its not always easy to accommodate last minute table changes in our small restaurant. When mapping out the reservations we always try to honor the requests that were made with the reservation, so I would suggest, no matter where you dine, that you let the staff know of your request when making the reservation. The booth lighting is a little more dim than the rest of the dining room. As MOD last night I was not aware that you asked for the lights to be raised but I would have explained that the lights are programmed and we are not able to adjust it for individual tables. It is always at the same level. We are happy that you enjoyed your meal and service and appreciate you letting us know.

Good. Asked for medium well done and steak was rather rare. Sent it back and still came out way too rare. Otherwise good

First off, the staff is very nice and engaged. What we thought was crazy was that we had a 630pm reservation, yes, on a Saturday night, so we knew to get there a few minutes early as we might have to wait a little. A little turned into about 35 minutes of waiting. We saw customers leaving several times but nope those tables were not for us, there was no one else waiting. Mind you, I booked on OT a standard table, not a high top. Finally, after 35 minutes of waiting we were seated, again the hostess was so nice and apologetic, and we were given a high top table, not wanting to wait any longer, we took the table. We just didn’t understand why this was the only two-top table when other customers were leaving the restaurant. I could see if it was later and servers start to get cut but this was early in the evening. Onto the food. The appetizers were very good - we had the sticky ribs and the coconut shrimp, so tasty. Next for our entree, my husband had the ribeye, which he said was salty but he said he loved it. I ordered the steak tips. Four huge steak tips were served but I kept looking for that char, the flavor, the seasoning, it was barely there. You know when beef starts to turn grey, that’s what I felt I was given but not to even have salt and pepper on the tips, and maybe there was but it was just very blah. I ate two tips and brought the other two home to doctor up. We did not get dessert because we just didn’t want to have something sweet at that point in the evening, had we been sat at our original reservation time we might of ordered dessert. Will we be back, yes. There are other items on the menu I’d like to try. My husband was happy so that made me happy because he is a little fussy when it comes to food. Thank you to the nice hostesses and the service was great!

Hello We'd like to apologize for your wait last Saturday. We were trying our best to get you a low table but it proved to be difficult on such a busy night. We only have 14 tables, approximately half lower tables, half high tops. Most of the lower tables can accommodate larger parties and we have to plan our seating arrangements around that during peak times. We do hope you try us again. We find that it is easier to honor seating requests earlier (5pm) or later (8pm) in the evening. Always feel free to jot down a request while making the reservation, standard seating defaults to first available. Thank you!

Hi Karen, We are sorry that you were disappointed. If we had known you were unhappy with your food or service during your visit we would have done our best to fix it. We still use the same recipes for our Egg Rolls and Steak Tips as we did when we first opened. Apologies, Joanne

We had a reservation, we were promptly seated. Our server, Laura, introduced herself and took my drink order. My Husband loves differnt beers. She was sure to make sugestions and even offered him a sample. When it came to ordering dinner she was very patient with us letting us take our time enjoying our drinks and our appetizer. The jalopeno poppers are soooo good. I wanted to order the Sea Food Casserole, which was a special for the night. Unfortunely, it had been sold out. Laura helped both me and my husband pick out our meals. Sorry no pictures. Both were delious. Thier steaks are all amazing !

We waited for over and hour for burgers. They were just ok. Not worth it. We just wanted to try. Not again. I think they need more staff on a Friday.

Hi Bryan, We are sorry that your meals (2 burgers, 1 medium, 1 well done) took so long however, as your server explained last night, it was human error. Unfortunately mistakes do happen and Renee simply neglected to send the order to the kitchen. As soon as she realized, she let management know and the kitchen prioritized the order. Renee maintained communication with you throughout the evening, taking full blame. We understand that your visit was not ideal but you did seem very understanding and forgiving last night so we did not expect this review. We wish you expressed your frustration during you visit. Please accept out apologies. Thank you.
