    Very uneven food and service. We ordered the tasting menu with wine pairings. The pairings did not compliment the food well. Some courses were coming fast, but by the time dessert started, it got really slow like the kitchen was no longer setting the pace and the servers forgot to do so

    Went to Tintoque twice on a recent trip to PV. It’s our new favorite for sure. Daily fish was so fresh and wonderfully prepared with an interesting combination of seasonings. The steak was cooked perfectly with a delicious and simple flavor. The vegetarian corn based Esquilota was a favorite, great wine list and a beautifully designed space on the river. Well done!

    Amazing! Definitely surpassed expectations! The food was delicious, the service was great, and the overall meal was outstanding. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta.

    We were a party of 8 people and in town for a conference. Tintoque is in an old house in a quiet little neighborhood. The food is divine. We shared appetizers, main dishes and desserts. Their cocktail menu is interesting and refreshing, their wine list expansive. The service is attentive without being overbearing. My ONLY complaint is that the music on the inside is very loud, making it difficult to focus on the explanations of the dishes and conversation with your table mate. I would simply ask to be seated outside next time, or maybe for less volume on the music. It was lovely, 15/10 would eat there again and would highly recommend!

    We left there agreeing that it was the best restaurant we had ever ate at despite the fact that we eat out frequently. We spent 2 1/2 hours all of it filled with glorious food. We cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Absolutely fantastic.
