In one of James Street's laneways, Tinderbox Kitchen is PJ McMillan's unique and vibrant addition to eating out in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley.

    Great food, Great service. Never had a bad experience at this great restaurant. Serving sizes could be a litter bigger for the price but the quality is there.

    We had a fantastic evening. Gnocchi in pork ragu with green olives was probably the best gnocchi I've ever eaten. Excellent service as well.
