   Chicken came out cold and our appetizer was given to the wrong table leaving us waiting another 20 minutes on top of what we already waited. Server was super nice and I recommend the Parm to Table Experience, very cool and tasted amazing

   This was my first time dining here, and considering it was a busy Saturday the service was amazing and our server Dottie was punctual, she was great and one of the better servers I’ve had in general with dining at restaurants. She was very knowledgeable and gave good recommendations. Sometimes more upscale restaurants are overhyped for what they actually are, but quality of food was totally worth it with this one! We had both an appetizer, dinner and cocktails and from start to finish everything was delicious. My only little complaint was that halfway through both myself and friend started feeling warm, almost a little hot which considering eating inside at a nice restaurant that’s not something that should occur, especially when you’re at a more elevated restaurant. Overall, great experience!

   My son and I were first time diners, arriving by a last minute recommendation from an employee at a different restaurant. (Their restaurant had lost power so it was already not a great start to the evening.) We arrived during a dinner rush and were seated promptly. The server took several minutes to greet but received our order promptly. Dinner service was not up to par, as my son was promised a kid's menu and never given one, water poured several minutes after food had arrived (I had to ask for water...), repeatedly asking for my wine (which arrived 40 minutes after being ordered), half the pan of mussels arriving barely open, and a very large gap between starters and entree. A second server I flagged down was able to help remedy the mussel situation. Although the food was delicious, spending what felt like an entire meal asking for basic needs to be fulfilled was a huge let down. Staff can be apologetic and pleasant but it doesn't make up for the lack of care, particularly at an establishment that touts themselves as upscale. Go for the food and don't expect anything more.

   The cheese wheel pasta preparation is not nearly as good as other places and the chicken that can come with seemed like it was just cooked earlier in the day. Mediocre, at best.
