Much like the family property where it’s located, Tillie’s menu takes what’s familiar and infuses it with an array of innovative international flavors, creating a new set of rules for cuisine in Central Texas. Join us for a modern interpretation of classic gourmet dishes and a celebration for what lies ahead.

The concept behind our award-winning dining experience can be described as “American Nouveau" cuisine that borrows cooking traditions and techniques from all around the world to create something new and exciting.

Through its breathtaking architecture and innovative menu, Tillie’s lives the American Nouveau concept. The restaurant’s building, a repurposed town hall from the Ninh Binh region of Vietnam, is the physical embodiment of an experience that takes inspiration from history and cultures.

We were EXTREMELY disappointed with Tillie's for Thanksgiving. It started with the voicemail letting us know that we had to be out in 2.5 hours. Our seating was at 5. We had the worst table in the house - could have easily been fixed by turning the table so 2 could sit on the bench and look out at the restaurant. Also how is anyone expected to eat Thanksgiving dinner off of a bread plate ?? The couple next to us asked for larger plates and received dinner plates. When I asked for larger plates we were provided with salad plates. The food was bland and the giant fried turkey leg was ridiculous. The 17 year old event helpers were hovering, the waitress did her best but clearly it was an Event Situation - NOT A RESTAURANT or fine dining experience. We are diners and the downgrade from last years Thanksgiving went from 5 to 1. I am going guess that we will not be back again next year. WHIM is a caterer here in Austin. They own Camp Lucy - Tillie's was on its way to almost Michelin Star 2 years ago, but has since gone down hill as the owners have expanded their horizons to London, a Spa, etc... Let this be a reminder do not bite the hand that feeds you and for Goodness sake do not have the staff sweeping under your feet at 7pm when you are not finished with your wine. The voice mail gave us an extra 30 minutes!

We were there for the Thanksgiving dinner. Great food, great service and a wonderful setting. It was served family style so we could each experience everything being offered. Grace, our server, was wonderful and timed our courses perfectly. If their normal service and food is as good as our Thanksgiving day experience we would recommend this place to everyone.

Worst Thanksgiving meal we have ever had. Made a reservation for 3 people at Tillie's for Thanksgiving. Advertised as 'family style' servings, except the servings for 3 people appeared to be the same size as the servings for 2 people and all served in tiny bowls. Focaccia bread served with a drizzle of whipped ricotta & hot honey smeared on a plate and literally a speck of crispy prosciutto. The arugula salad with smoked pear slices wasn't any better. Again, the serving size was tiny and ridiculous. The pine nuts on the salad never reached our plates because you could not pick up the pine nuts with the tongs. We were served ONE turkey leg and a small amount of sliced white meat. Someone at the table had to carve the turkey leg and divide between 3 people. Have you ever tried to 'carve a dried out turkey leg' w/ splinters and all? Small bowls of mashed potatoes, something that resembled spiral macaroni and cheese, Brussels sprouts that were so hot they were almost inedible, 4 small carrots, and stuffing that tasted like Stovetop. A tiny serving of cranberry sauce and some kind of seasoning in even smaller bowls. The pièce de résistance was the 'plate size' we used for our entire meal. They were bread/appetizer size plates; not even salad size plates! No dinner size plates to be found!. We have dined at Tillie's many times, including one other Thanksgiving meal. NEVER, EVER have we had a meal so bad. At $95 a person, not including drinks & tip, we came home and made spaghetti and meatballs 2 hrs later. Whoever decided this was a good idea for Thanksgiving should be fired! This will probably be the last time we waste our money at Tillie's. So much potential for fine dining, but not gonna happen with the current restaurant management at Tillie's.

Camp Lucy is beautiful. There’s not much more you can ask for with regards to ambiance. Restaurant is very nice, well decorated and very elegant. The menu is small but the food we got was excellent. Smash burger was amazing.

The location is absolutely incredible. Very well done, respects the beautiful Hill country land it is on, a destination to take family for a celebration. The food for the afternoon tea leaves something to be desired, as does the tea itself. The place was so cold that we had to ask for our tea cups to be heated up so that it wouldn't make our lukewarm tea even colder. The chai tea was so weak that I literally could not taste any seasoning at all. The food service with the tea trays was ok, especially if you like all of your food ice cold. Ice cold beef Wellington is interesting. But the steak was tender and tasty. The biscuit was also very cold, too cold to put any cold butter on. They deserts were not what was on the menu, but that's okay we didn't like them anyway. I would not do the tea again, but I would come to this place again for something else. Especially since the ice cold food cost over $70 a piece.
