Three Birds is a Chef owned and operated restaurant located in Corning's Gaffer District on historic Market Street. We are just blocks away from the world renowned Corning Museum of Glass and just around the corner from The Rockwell Museum.

    Great venue. Food was excellent! Menu has great variety. Downside, we weren’t seated until 40 minutes after our reservation because the Host forgot to seat our party I had to remind him twice. Waitress was friendly but service was lacking. Would go back because food was worth it.

    Fantastic! Pecan-encrusted pork tenderloin is always done perfectly - their most popular dish. Excellent key lime pie. The ambiance is very warm and welcoming, as is the waitstaff. The interior of the restaurant is quite beautiful. We've dined here many times and always have an enjoyable experience and a delicious meal.

    Not a quality experinece. Food served cold and undercooked. Rock music playing with a TV. Poor wine list. Cellar is leaps and bounds ahead in terms of a quality fine dining restaurant and hospitality

    Great dinner and exceptional service! We were a party of 10 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Ambience is terrific as well. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Great variety on the menu, and the food presentation was outstanding, not to mention the delicious flavors. Desserts are all prepared in house. Key Lime Pie was wonderful!!
