Made a reservation for 2pm for a private booth. Didn’t get seated until 2:30. Noticed they sat some young kids at a booth shortly after we arrived. I let them know we reserved a booth and the girls face dropped like she knew she messed up. Our appetizer had a long hair in it to top off the date. It was a very bad experience and won’t be going back.

Everything was fine except our waitress named Jordon. The worst service ever ! We come in several times a month and I have never had such horrible service. She didn’t even fill our water but I guess why would she since we only saw her to take our order (after we’d been there 10 min in a non busy time by the way) and I had to flag her down to get our bill ! I am in the service industry and first time ever I did not tip at all ! It was such a disappointment. Sure hope our next experience isn’t like that ! We love coming there and I’d hate to have to stop going because of the service ! It really makes a difference in your enjoy ability of a restaurant. UGH

As always everything was great! Food was wonderful, service was friendly and prompt. The atmosphere very pleasant. I miss being out in the patio area, close to the fire! Jim
