The Whiskery is the cellar door for Bellarine Distillery. The Whiskery is an 18 years plus only venue .Babies under 12 months are an exception. The original farm shed has been renovated and is a rustic and inviting space to have a yarn over a cocktail, gin or whisky with friends.
During warmer days the gardens and decks provide a relaxing environment and during the colder months a spot beside the fire is most enticing.
Primarily our own Gins are on offer for consumption and sale, with the Whisky being available in due course - STAY TUNED. We also have a wider selection of whiskies also available for tasting. For those who wish to have an alternative to Gin or Whisky ( why? ) we do have a few of the local wines , beers and ciders available plus some soft options for the drivers.
We have a limited food menu which includes a couple of simple pizzas and cheese & produce platters .
Please note bookings are for 2 hr blocks.

    Honestly it's my new go to place. I can't believe I've waited so long to visit. It's definitely not what I imagined. You walk through the carpark into an English/ native fusion garden. Surrounded by trees and nature you then have an amazing list of local and international beverages paired with the best pizza cooked to perfection. The staff are happy and playful and don't judge an ex qlder having ice in the whiskey. Thank you for getting it just right

    Our first time here and it won’t be our last. The food was great. I had the gin paddle and my wife had the whisky, and the drinks on offer were both pleasant and interesting. The service was knowledgeable and friendly and the whole atmosphere was just what we wanted on the day. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a pleasant Sunday soiree

    Brilliant venue sitting among the trees on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon listening to music Lovely friendly thoughtful staff Great Gin selection The only negative. No Coffee!!! WTH?

    The Hommas, calamari & blue cheese with walnuts & pear pizza is what we continue to come back for time and again! We met the new manager Paul today who was very friendly & personable. There was a new waitress serving us who was absolutely divine💕…. did not get her name. This glorious place is my local & go to!! I love the fact that no kiddies are around, even though I could eat my grandchild for dinner. Sometimes we just need adult time!!! Thank you for another Whiskers (are you aware that we all call this establishment Whiskers??) experience that did not disappoint💕 We will be baaaaack!

    Service poor and food options good from menu early. Spent the money but no option to a discount at the cellar door. Could not recommend any of my friends to visit as no value.

    We had a great time at the Whiskery but were disappointed that they had run out of all the pates and the duck roulette. We had a lovely spot in the corner as we had to take the dog at the last minute and they went out of the way to make sure she was happy outside. And excellent pizza!!
