AIM Strategies, LLC, is excited to announce their third restaurant in Downtown Topeka.
The restaurant features an upscale American grille menu with items such as: premium cut steaks, Tuscan Salmon, Chicken Fried Lobster, and a diverse selection of appetizers, salads, sides and desserts. Also included are traditional favorites like burgers, fries, and grilled chicken sandwiches. The Weather Room will also feature various handcrafted cocktails and an extensive wine selection. The restaurant is open to the public and welcomes walk-in guests and reservations, and is located at 920 S. Kansas Avenue, within the lower level of the Cyrus Hotel. Operating hours will be from 6:30am – 10:30am for breakfast each morning, lunch served from 11:00am- 1:30pm. Dinner hours will be 5pm – 10pm with a full-service bar for cocktails, wine, and draft beers.

Service was amazing but food was underwhelming especially the caesar salad which had older lettuce and lack of dressing. Half chicken was really good though, and so was presentation. Smells great in the restaurant and it’s not noisy at all which makes for a good conversation. Experience to the dollar lacks here though. May come back, we shall see.

I celebrated my 30th birthday tonight and it was truly a wonderful experience! The Aperol Spritz was expertly crafted and the Lobster Dip was one of the best dips I have ever had! My partner ordered the Beef Tips and said it was delicious and it was served as a very generous portion. I had the KC Strip and it was perfectly cooked. Finally, we finished the night off with crème brûlée and we were NOT disappointed… truly a wonderful experience, we will absolutely make this a regular spot for dinner!

Food and service were excellent However, being Valentine Day was expecting to be in a quieter place like the main dining room not the bar Would have appreciated the notice that we would have been in the bar. Last year the seating was excellent. If we knew we were seating in the bar would have chosen to go to a bar. Made reservations in mid-January Will decide next year where to go. Sorry

Our reservation was unfortunately15 minutes before the kitchen closed for its midday break. With only one server. She did the best she could. Because it was Valentine’s Day they were busy. So service was slow and when we ask for a simple request a of the kitchen to cut a salad into bite size pieces we were told the were putting everything away and didn’t think the would be able to accommodate our request. With no accommodation for a gluten free diet our choices were very limited with the very small menu. Over all our past experiences eating at the dinner time ( after 6) has been much better.

Very nice place for a special occasion. Our waitress was excellent and all staff very accommodating. The menu is not huge but adequate choices and the food was delicious.
