   This was our first opportunity to return to the newly-reopened Waterlot - and the smiles on everyone's faces confirmed that Barry and the team have successfully recreated one of the best dining experiences in Bermuda! From the moment we walked in, the tone was set: the warm welcome in the bar upstairs, and Brett's attention to detail, the way our server, Linda, appeared silently whenever we needed, without any effort on our part, and without bugging us when we were deep in conversation, the way everyone was on hand, unhurried despite a full house on a Saturday evening - the blend of familiar faces from other top restaurants with new, well-trained talent, and first-class, professionally executed classic plates of food...Buzzy, but not so loud that you couldn't have a normal conversation across the table...Expensive, arguably, but unquestionably also excellent value - as the laughter across the room underlined. We walked out with a spring in our step and a determination to return. Welcome back - and thank you!

   Table side Caesar salad is a favourite as well as the Black Cod. Everything delicious and exceptional service. Cozy and not too noisy.

   Great to be back at this classic Bermudian Legend. The ambience was its usual elegant self with cocktails in the lounge prior to dinner, the service was exceptional thanks to Robert, and the food was incredible. It's great to be able to host our special occasions at our favourite restaurant.

   This is EXACTLY what Bermuda has needed. A vibrant ambience with fantastic atmosphere in a beautiful setting. The service right from entering the door which was highly welcoming to our last cocktail with Hunter at the bar was wonderful and simply seamless. We had Trish the wine sommelier who was great, Patrick the waiter and several others who were brilliant. All staff I must say were wonderful and so on point! My fiancé and I have been waiting to have somewhere that is our go to date restaurant and this ticked absolutely every box! The staff were really friendly, knowledgeable, incredibly attentive and the entire flow was smooth, easy and perfect in our eyes. We loved the food and the varied menu including the wine was excellent. We left feeling happy, utterly content and we re-booked our next date night straight away. Thank you so much!

    This was our first visit to the restaurant. This was the best steak we have ever tasted on the island. Unfortunately the service was very slow and our waiter wasn’t the most charismatic person either. No small talk, stern face and just did the job. Some of our friends were still waiting for their main meal when we left almost 2 hours from arrival. Granted the restaurant as extremely busy, but you should cater for that. Lovely good, beautiful surroundings but service speed needs looking into.
