   Excellent restaurant. Service and food were amazing. The manager, Robert, was very attentive, making sure we had a great experience. Erin, our waitress, was top notch.

   Our experience at the Water's Edge was amazing!! From our server Dominick to the romantic ambiance, food and drinks, this is a must go to while in PA!! Don't miss this, jem. I will definitely be going back for this five-star experience ✨️

   Looking to experience something a bit different, my husband and I chose the Six Course Chefs Tasting. Amazing does not begin to describe it. We sampled dishes we would never had tried on our own. Each course was more incredible than the next. The salmon was a choice I would have never made on my own, but I was extremely surprised ! Flat Iron steak (just done to medium) simply melted in your mouth. The venison pot pie!!! Fabulous! Of course, the Chilean Sea Bass…..outstanding. And dessert? Oh, my. Each course had its own wine pairing and all was perfect. But then again, it’s always perfect at Waters Edge.

   We had an amazing time! We had the “chefs tasting,” and it was perfect! It was very well-balanced, delicious, and had the perfect portion sizes! 10/10. We will be coming back next time we’re in the Poconos!!

   An outstanding culinary treat every time we go there. This area has been long over due for a place to have an exceptional dining experience. The food is superb. You can see the staff has your utmost pleasure as their first concern. And now they are expanding their venues. Bridal showers, weddings, anniversaries. They will surely surpass themselves in catering to your requests. Hats off to Waters Edge!

   Always a world class experience at Water's Edge. The service, the food and the atmosphere are definitely one of the best in all of the Poconos. Hat's off to our server Kelsey and the chefs'!

   Visited this for our anniversary. Did the date night package with cabin. Food was outstanding. Unique dishes with amazing flavor. The waitress we had was outstanding as well. Overall amazing experience. We will be back many times!

   What an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was superb, and the customer service top-notch! The crab & lobster meal was perfectly prepared and tasted incredible. From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed and pampered. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to eat.
