   Michael was an incredible server. We had a fabulous time at The Vig! Food was delicious! Can’t wait to return.

   When we arrived, music was very loud and we asked them to turn it down, which they did! It took 25 minutes to get 4 margaritas and 90 minutes to get food. At no time did Michael the waiter check in and let us know there was going to be a significant delay. hen my fish and chips came out, the fish and chips was cold, like not even remotely warm. I sent it back. I asked for malt vinegar, for which their reply was, we don't have that condiment. If you have a small menu and one of your entrees is fish and chips, you better have malt vinegar to serve with it, it's kind of a no-brainer. The other 2 meals came out, and were acceptable. The 4th meal, salmon, came out 15 minutes later than the other 3. The experience was one of the worst we've ever had. At the end they did comp the chips and guacamole and the 4 margaritas, but it didn't make up for the really poor dining experience. Do better The Vig. You have a reputation, and it was severely tarnished last night. At no time did the manager come to our table and apologize, even though the waiter indicated she would come by our table. I understand that the kitchen can have hiccups, but a good waiter should keep the customer informed. That goes a long way and it didn't happen.

   We had a great time there! Our server was friendly and attentive, our food items (fish & chips, mac & cheese, cheeseburger) were tasty, and the music they were playing got everybody into a festive mood. The only critique I’d make is to maybe offer a few more menu items. Overall, though, excellent job!

   We sat outside and the ambiance was perfect for a business lunch. I had a pastrami Reuben and the quality wasn't great. Parking nearby was a challenge.

   Nice light pub food experience. It was raining when we arrived. Our reservation was for outdoors, but the inside was pretty empty being it was late afternoon and when asked to change to indoors, the hostess booths response was a hard “no”. Had to ask several times for an umbrella to shelter us from the rain. Service was Slow and food took a very long time for sandwiches but food was tasty.

    This place was great! The outdoor area is super cool, food and drinks were delicious, and service was great. If we lived closer this would be a regular spot for us!
