The environment was very nice. I had the lasagna it was okay the cheese was very thick I wouldn't order it again. This was mines as well as the other people I was with first time and we enjoyed ourselves.

A group of friends and I made a reservation for Sunday brunch and they didn’t open the doors until 15 minutes after our reservation time. Two people in our party had obvious lipstick marks left on their drink glasses and when we tried to politely ask for different glasses our waitress acted like we were lying and like we asked something outrageous. We ordered our food, it came, and while we were eating, haven’t had our food 10 minutes and our waitress brought us our checks without asking if we were going to order anything else. We found this extremely rude because we would have ordered more drinks or desserts but we felt very much like we were told to hurry up and leave.

Hotel entrance and restaurant are beautiful. Host very friendly. The food was very good. An overall very good experience under this historical building.

Beautiful place and good service, but has really gone downhill. Poached eggs were literally cold and the cinnamon rolls are now smaller and not as good as Pillsbury ones you make at home.

Absolutely delicious food and service in this beautiful historic hotel!! Our waitress,Jennifer, was funny and very attentive. AND she tolerated all of our pre-celebration nonsense with a smile!! Mean a lot!

New Year’s Eve (but celebrating a NYE birthday)…went at 5:30 to avoid the holiday crowd…medallions were cooked incorrectly - one overcooked, the other undercooked (we traded instead of sending back), along with several other issues, it was decent but not The Trellis Room quality we’ve experienced in the past…
