Lovely and tasty. The sausage seemed overdone for my taste.

Four of us had tea on a Friday night. Food was lovely service was great. The whole place was so busy, it was great to see so many locals back in the pub.

Heard so many good things about the Three Houses and should have listened sooner. We went for a meal on a Friday night and it was superb. The pub was very busy both in the bar and the restaurant but this added to a vibrant atmosphere and did not detract from the excellent service By the time we left every table in the restaurant was full and the reserved tables in the bar area likewise. The bar area was very busy as well The choice of beers was great We ate a main course each and both were excellent. (Barnsley Chop, and Rump Steak) Brill flavour and cooked well. Very good value as we noted were many other choices) The service was excellent. We will be going again and again .....

Starter was tiny garlic mushrooms served with a slice of toasted white bread no butter Pie was like slop no pastry to be seen we had the scrapings of the tin it was also extremely salty, supposedly served with homemade chips and vegetables it came with undercooked wedges and 1/2 of a carrot! Yes I said 1/2 a carrot Wouldn’t go back

We went for pie night with a booking at 7pm. The pie was cold when it came out with little pastry 1 carrot some cold red cabbage and the chips are most certainly wedges. Was glad I was only paying £5 for it. Peoples food who came out before ours looked much more appetising not sure if as the night went on due to how busy they were their standards had slipped.

Another delicious meal but more choice for vegetarians would be appreciated. The apple crumble with lashings of custard is gorgeous!+
