Soak up our friendly service and homely charm when nestled on the outskirts of Hasland, a small village on the south side of the historic market town of Chesterfield town. Here at The Three Cottages, we are the perfect retreat to sit back, relax and indulge in our delicious food with your favourite drink in hand. Our traditional pub classics are expertly crafted from our seasonal menus and the bar is crammed with local ales and tipples to tempt any taste buds.     Everything was lovely. I wouldn’t usual add this but lady asked us for honest reviews so they can look into changes they might need to make. I’d say the butternut squash starter was not the best. The tomatoes tasted out of date and the pomegranate was rather sour. The cold roasted butternut squash wasn’t the nicest. Other than that our afternoon at the 3 cottages was lovely. Staff were friendly and food was served in good time. The little extras with the crackers and Christmas card was a lovely touch that made it feel extra special. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon.

    First time visiting Shepherds pie , Lasagne , Risotto all top notch . Will be returning to try the Sunday lunch.

    We came for a last minute Friday dinner out and had a lovely time! We were welcomed by the lovely team into the warm and cosy pub. We both had a starter and main each and the food was absolutely delicious, the portions were very generous and the value was fantastic! What was really lovely, we didn’t feel at all rushed and were allowed to enjoy our meals at our own pace. We’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you for a lovely evening ☺️
