Established in 1985, and located on Raglan Street, just off Princess Square in the heart of Harrogate, The Tannin Level is one of Harrogate's best loved and most renowned restaurants. Known for its wines (its name is a wine term after all!) as well as its food, it has garnered an enviable reputation amongst the towns sophisticated 'foodies'. The Tannin Level has a certain style and an unmistakable elegance, and its many original features combine to create the unique Tannin Level ambience.
The food is modern British with a Tannin Level twist, utilising only the very best seasonal ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible. As you might expect, all our food is freshly prepared by our chefs, which also means that if you have any special requirements, we can usually oblige.     Great fish and chips we always like them but other things are also very tasty. Lovely bistro traditional restaurant. Service very good. Good lunch and early evening deals.

    Lovely restaurant ,great service ,the staff were very friendly . We had Sunday lunch which was amazing couldn’t fault anything .Would definitely recommend can’t wait to come back . Thank you
