   This is our go to special meal every time we visit Vegas. This year we happened to be celebrating our wedding anniversary so even more special. The food, as always is excellent, and entertaining watching the grill master. My only negative comment and this applies to all of Las Vegas is that we need to bring back dress codes. Hoodies, ripped jeans and a backward baseball cap is not appropriate dinner attire.

   High quality meal for the price. Old school steak house, but needs some updating. For holiday would be nice to have some festive touches. Service was impeccable.

   Felix our waiter was terrific, greeting us and so congenial. His 32 years of service really came through. Good was excellent as was the wine and Caesar salad (with anchovies).

   Having been recommended to try The Steakhouse for many years finally got a chance. It’s was pretty underwhelming. Prices are same as some do the best streakhosue in town but nothing about the menu options was a standout. 1. Cesar Salad was a dud. They basically are using either Ken’s or Hidde Valley ranch. For $18 for a small portion you would at least expect some effort st a real Caesar dressing that has garlic, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, really any of the basics. This was worse than a convenience store Cesar. 2. Crab Cake was mushy. Again, expecting something special it was just average. 3. Steaks were very plain. More like sizzler or buffet cooked. Not much in the way of juicy flavor. I did order medium which tends on the dryer side but it was bone dry. They have traditional grill but watch the guys cooking them as we left they touched the steaks too much. Didn’t let them sear a lot. They flip too many times. Dries it out. Overall it’s probably good for the Circus Circus crowd. Not chance this can compete in the best of vegas class anymore. Cool old school vibe and great staff but many other options in Vegas for same or less cost. Note: Circus Ciscus never opened Valet Parking back up after COVID. Just seems to be a “don’t give hoot” attitude there. Not a place for a classy crowd.

   Fue una agradable experiencia, la decoración de madera, cuero rojo y una luz muy tenue hacen un lugar muy acogedor. Excelente atención. Recomiendo como entrada la sopa de cebolla, una locura de sabor, excelente corte de carne, el pan una delicia, en fin, disfrute este momento con mi esposo.

   The Steakhouse is so underrated. I was completely impressed with the service , and food quality . I can’t believe I haven’t tried it sooner .

    Our dinner was amazing! From the bread basket to the lovely and delectable cake they gave my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday. The salad was delicious and the filet mignon and NY Strip entrees were perfection. Felix our server was so wonderful. He even helped me order the perfect cocktail. Loved him. The ambience is perfect with the charm of vintage Vegas. We couldn't have asked for a better evening. This restaurant is everything I had hoped for and more. Thanks to The Steak House, my love had a most yummy and memorable night.
