   We had the High Tea before going to the theatre. This good value for money, with a few choices of main courses. It was very busy tonight but the 2 ladies serving coped very well as did the kitchen. I had the Fish & chips & my husband had the steak pie. Both were good.

   thank you so much for a wonderful high tea. There were 13 of us and the service was first class the food was amazing .We will be back in the very near future.

   Here for lunch with friends. The food was very good. The service was OK but the staff weren’t overly engaging or enthusiastic.

   As always a great venue, and toast is back for High Tea, well done to the Manager for a review of the policy. Enjoy the venue very much, excellent value and great service. Staff are brilliant.

   The meal was okay but the cakes and scones were not good. High tea is around £30 for 2 but cost with one pint of lager and Diet Coke came to £42 including their service charge. Would rather have went elsewhere for just the main meal.

    Staff were attentive, despite the volume of diners in attendance. Portions of food were not as generous as on our previous visit. The tip ‘assumption’ is disappointing. But, overall satisfied with our visit.
