    Travelled an hour to visit the restaurant waited over an hour for our food ( there was two of us both having beef Sunday roast) then a further 40 minute wait for our dessert. The food was great, the restaurant was so cold, and the service was extremely slow. I wouldn’t travel to come back here again due to that which is a shame as the food was a really good standard

    Pretty pub in the countryside. However food was a bit of a disappointment. The service for food was very quick, but unfortunately it was a lot a bit bland.

    Went to the Star on a Saturday and the food was amazing. Service was really good and the staff were all helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend 😀
