Located on the 36th floor of the Ala Moana Hotel, The Signature Prime Steak & Seafood restaurant is the new home to a space known historically for memorable evenings with Oahu's most epic views.

Upon entering from the elevator on Ala Moana Hotel's top floor, each new diner will be enthralled by crystal chandeliers and live music played on The Signature's white grand piano. When it comes to choosing a table, the opportunities are endless: The intimate bar, piano lounge, vintage-style ocean view booths, an exclusive experience in our wine cellar, or any of our luxurious mountain room or ocean room tables.

    Experience was warm and welcoming! Our server Johnny was well informed and had good suggestions. We had the filet, the pork chops, the salmon, and mistake butterfish. The mashed potatoes are amazing!!!

    Excellent service from our server named Kalei. She was gracious and welcomed us. The restaurant honored our request that it was our 1st year wedding anniversary. They seated us with a beautiful view of the sunset. Thank you for making it a memorable anniversary for my wife and I. Mahalo!

    The lobby was full of people waiting to get in for happy hour. We made reservations for 5:00 dinner and was taken to our table right away. The ambiance was very pleasing, the wait help was super kind, nice and patient. The food was excellent! Being elderly, we shared the food we ordered and still took home leftovers. Very pleasant evening. Thank you for the memories. M Clark

    Server Chris was super good vibe and attentive! View was very nice, its on the 36th floor. Menu is decent the Caeser was a great version, steak was decent prime ribeye, wife and kid had king crab legs also decent, only bummer was they requested me to remove my hat . . it was a crocodile "baseball cap" from Stefano Ricci, i get they dont want sideways Raiders hats lol but come on . i like my hometown spots in Newport Beach - if you can pay the bill you can wear whatever you want.

    Everything was great except for service. It would be better if staff was little more friendly and attentive. First impression is very important that the receptionist would welcome with smile. Understand that they might be overwhelmed with holiday but you would expect more from the high-end restaurant. Also, today was my partner’s bday and I left a message. For our dessert, there was no candle anything until I asked for. Hope better experience next time.

    One of our favorite go to fine dining restaurants. The food is delicious, service is excellent and we enjoy the ambiance and view of the city. It was a bit noisier than I remembered though. It has been a while since my husband and I ate at this establishment. They had a happy hour going on so there were a lot of people.
