   We arrived for our 715 reservation at 7:15. We were seated at 7:20. We ordered at 7:30. It took at least 15 or 20 minutes to get our drinks. Our salad finally came out after 8 o'clock. Our Andre came out at 8:30. Waiting an hour and 15 minutes for your entrée seems awful long. White person was very nice and competent. I asked her if this slow service was typical and she did say that they were problems in the kitchen and that the corporate office was down. She wanted me to speak with the manager, but he was not immediately available. We were there on a Friday night and maybe that was part of the issue. Will probably try it one more time and hope for quicker service

   Great experience and delicious food. The cannoli bar has many choices. I did feel a little bit rushed by wait service, but that could be my interpretation. Otherwise, the food was worth it.

   The bartenders, servers, hostesses, food runners, bakery workers, and managers were amazing. Everyone was welcoming. All of the staff were knowledgeable about all questions asked. The food matched the staff, authentic and exceptional. The restaurant had a great Friday night, date night vibe. All of the staff seemed to be having fun while working. I will refer friends and family and I will be back.

   Amazing new Italian restaurant in the Alliance area. The food choices was great and the service was amazing. Our server was Brandon and he was incredible. Such a positive attitude and so helpful. We cannot wait to bring our friend from England here. They have a Happy Hour menu for people that sit in the bar area that is a great value. Save room for dessert cause there is a gelato and a cannoli bar. I am so stuffed and it was all so good.

   One of our favorite spots for Italian. HIGHLY recommend. Everything is fresh and from scratch. Love sitting in the bar area. Great happy hour specials that run ALL DAY!

    We loved Sicilian Butcher. Our waiter was excellent and attentive without being pushy. The food from appetizer to dessert was excellent. Will definitely return!
