   We are regulars and travel from Newquay. We asked for a window table and we got one. Food was lush ad always, slightly annoying that a family sat to one side of us unfortunately with a child ego kept crawling around the tables and knocking my phone out my jacket. I slightly moved the table and asked my Daughter to just turn her chair at an angle , so I could move away from the child who had challenging behaviour and was constantly knocking into me. A waitress told us to move the chair back. So I did but wasn't happy as that meant we didnt enjoy our meal due to this annoying child. It was a relief when they lwft!.

   Service was very slow... 2 hours for 2 courses. Food not the hottest when served. Little regard for first come first serve when prioritising orders. Overall disappointing.

   Lovely birthday lunch, thank you. I preferred the rainbow salad to the new salad with the blackened cod but it was still lovely!

   Dined here with husband for a midweek meal. Waitress friendly and attentive-explained the specials and what was available. We ordered a selection of starters rather than a main each. Pork belly skewers were good though a bit spicy. Calamari was a bit disappointing as smothered with sauce as well as the prawns. It would have been better to put sauces in a side dish so you can add what you want to your preference. Desserts were good though-sticky toffee pudding and the panne cotta were the highlight of the meal.

   This place is a regular place of visit for me as I come over from Newquay, thats how much I rate thus place. Today we had the New England seafood chowder. Oh my days! It was exquisite. I thoroughly recommend that dish and any of the food. Its a beautiful setting right on the harbour.

   Really, really good non pretentious eatery. Venue excellent, location and views stunning. Staff: happy, confident, efficient with light banter and good humour between themselves. Dog friendly but respectful of non dog lovers. Service excellent. The food is prepared and served with pride and they deserve to be proud. Not cheap, but excellent value for money. Congratulations Sharksfin team, can't wait to return.

   Went for Sunday lunch, me and 3 kids food was excellent I had the roast half beef half pork it was exceptional and I am a roast dinner snob definitely the best roast to date. The kids (teens) had burgers and loved them, the desserts were good also. The service was pleasant and efficient with drinks served in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our visit

   Excellent service, tasty food and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a family dinner out. Several vegan options available, we tried linguine and wings (teriyaki) and ice cream as dessert and all was very good. Definitely recommend it

    The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious and drinks were great too! As it was our anniversary, we were given complimentary glasses of prosecco which were greatly appreciated! Lovely pub with a lovely atmosphere and an even better view - will definitely be back soon :)
