   Service was great. Taylor (if I recall correctly) was very attentive and took great care of us. Starting off, we ordered a bottle of wine, which we soon found they didn’t have stocked, so we chose something else. The old fashioned was good — best I’ve had in quite some time. The deviled eggs were outstanding. Then, my water glass broke when I picked it up (literally the entire bottom of the glass fell out) while full of water, so I sat with cold and wet pants for the next 90 minutes. Entrees were hit and miss for us. My wife had the Chilean Sea Bass, which she loved. I had the Cowboy Ribeye which was just…meh. I ordered it medium rare and when it was delivered to the table was more towards medium well and not very warm. And the wild mushroom ragout was more of a vegan chili (and cold); apparently I missed all of the mushrooms…not very appealing or tasty. They replaced it with a much better prepared steak, but everything lacked salt, flavor, or seasoning of any kind. The onion rings need salt…the ragout, or whatever that was, needed salt, and the steak needed salt. And I’m not one to overly salt everything, but every bite of mine was bland, boring, and uninteresting. Dessert was good — the apple cake was very tasty and the butterscotch pudding was also delicious. I realize the restaurant is fairly new, but had hoped to have a better experience for my wife’s birthday, especially from such a renowned chef. We enjoyed visiting his restaurant in Dallas in the past, but this did not meet that expectation. I’m sure we will be back, but likely not for the ribeye. Hopefully there are better options.

   Interesting menu choices. Would like to tryore of the items and will return. Place was bright and clean. Use of herbs spices and fresh veggies was nicely done. Would like to see wider choice of steaks on menu. Squash soup blend was delicious! Overall we came for the experience and enjoyed the place people and good. Thanks

   We had a great time at the Seeker! Delicious food at a great price! We loved the lighting and atmosphere inside and outside. The staff was helpful and friendly! We will be back again!

   We had a lovely evening at Seeker. Lilly assisted us at our table and she was wonderful. She made suggestions for our meal, and wine recommendations. Every course was delicious and we will definitely return. To top off the experience, Grace gave us a first class tour of the grounds and motel.

    The Seeker is a must try restaurant. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable!! The drinks were high quality. We felt very special with the amazing treatment from our server. We each had a cocktail with our "Hell's Eggs" starter. I got the SP's Honey Fried Chicken and my husband got the Short Ribs. Both dishes were so delicious. For dessert we got the Butterscotch Pudding and the Heaven and Hell Cake. They were both amazing. I highly recommend The Seeker for a wonderful dining experience!!!
