We are frequent customers and appreciate the friendly service and great food. Our server successfully orchestrated delivery of a great martini and oysters at the same time.

The main course I had today (Bucatini and clams) was extremely salty. The lobster bisque, however, was excellent. The manager kindly offered me a dessert (raspberry sorbet, also excellent) as a palate cleanser. This was my second visit to The Salt Line, and I plan to return.

My first experience at dinner time was excellent, but today for lunch was not very good. Had to wait ten minutes for our server to even greet us. The Crab salad was sub par unlike their lamb chops which are delicious. I will give it a third try but maybe again at dinner time.

We had a great dinner at The Salt Line. The selection of raw oysters was great. Our party of 5 ordered a variety of dishes. Our favorites were the Parker house rolls, crab dip, baked cod, and hamachi crudo. Overall, everything was delicious, including the drinks. The service was kind and friendly. A special thanks to Ji, our server. Thank you for a very enjoyable evening!

Really interesting selection of oysters and the other options were great. Kind of annoying that half of the bar was taken up with a private party on a Friday night.

I enjoyed my experience. Second time eating here. My first experience was much better, which was the reason we came back. Me and the others in my party come to this area to attend concerts. We really like the restaurants in the area and this restaurant is one that we liked.

I was not impressed with what I ordered. I wanted the lobster roll, but was told it was sold out—Something unheard of at a seafood restaurant on a Friday night. The pimento crab dip was more pimento cheese than crab and the crackers served had the texture of cardboard. But the most disappointing dish was the Portuguese fish stew. I had bouillabaisse, Brazilian fish/seafood stews before, so I figured the flavors would be somewhat similar. It was awful. The sauce was watery, and the sausage had an off-putting taste and texture. I never had a seafood stew taste this bad. I’m not sure if I will come back.
