Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.
The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Be sure to visit Atlas’ new world-class cocktail bar and lounge next door to The Ruxton called Order of the Ace.

    Really friendly and attentive waitstaff, amazing food, nice ambiance. Love the wide selection of steaks to choose from, including the Wagyu cuts. Definitely will return on another special occasion!

    The food we ordered was amazing! With the exception of the salmon which that lacked flavor. The caviar tater tots are wonderful. I ordered the King Crab but never received it. The main issue I had was the server bringing us the check and then charging our card with a new total but not alerting us that the original check presented was incorrect.

    Everything was fantastic, including our waitress. It was a bit overly load, making it harder to have conversation over the dinner table. Would go there again in a second!

    The Ruxton was an absolutely amazing experience . Everyone from the hostess to the busboys were amazing . Our waitress, Taylor, was nothing short of spectacular. She was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and gave us the perfect recommendations ! I literally refuse to have anyone else as our waitress ! The service was superb ! The food was great!!! I am a super picky eater but… literally every thing we ordered was good!!!! Please get the jalapeño grits and butter cake …. Thank me later !!

    The Ruxton was incredible! The food, the staff, the ambience, everything was on point. We had a very enjoyable experience. Will definitely be back. We had the Dine to Donate menu with additional items off the full menu. Everything we ate was excellent. Will definitely return. Great for date night and special occasions.
