We had a good time visiting while in town. Dallas has the smallest Rustic but still good. Our server was great, other staff like host and runners not so much. The musician the Sunday we visited was awesome. Food was good, just a little overpriced.

The food and music were so good! We had terrible service though. Staff were very rude and unprofessional. We thought our server was joking at first, but he wasn’t. He called another staff a rat for putting us in his section. He said that he didn’t appreciate it when we asked for a table umbrella and it started a trend. He made it very clear that we needed to tip him. Super awkward and confusing we were treated that way, but we shrugged it off and had a great time. I’m going back, but will make sure I’m not seated in the same section.

Service was horrible. Server asked if we wanted an appetizer and we said no and instead of asking if we were ready to order she ran away. She didn’t come back for over 20 minutes. Keep in mind I had to hunt her down to tell her we needed to order food. She was very passive, and not engaged. Also, asked for a red beer and an orange beer. Never heard of a full bar that didn’t have orange juice or tomato juice. The wildest thing ever. Luckily, my salad was good. My co worker said her $18 salad had 6 little pieces of chicken. Not even a full 4-6 ounces of chicken. We are from out of town and this was a huge disappointment.

We had a reservation, arrivdd early and they kindly were able to sit us. The live music was good, drinks refreshing and food was hot.

Nice place, busy even on a Wednesday night but pricey for the food and service. $200 for 4 including two kids. Went to higher end places in University Park and got out of there way more satisfied for $150.
