   Overall great experience. It was a tad noisy, you had to yell to have a conversation. Super cool vibe, great aesthetic. Staff was friendly and attentive even though it was rather busy. Didn’t eat, menu had good variety however.

   There is no ambience like the Ricco Room in Kelowna! The night we visited saw a number of small issues occur around food and their chef and something breaking - but overall they owned it and were amazing to work with and we enjoyed our time. I look forward to going back when everything is in working order! 💙

   Came for a 4 year anniversary dinner and it was a perfect spot for the occasion. Drinks were amazing! And the food was delicious. Will be back :)

   We were there on a quiet night. Our server was lovely and the drinks were excellent. They had a limited menu that evening but both the grilled cheese and the Burrata were excellent.

   Amazing cocktails, but this is not the place you go to eat. The food taste like it has been frozen for too long. Over priced for the size of the meal.

   Terrible, the wine, both white and red, was discussing, the cocktails not worth the money, used cheap booze, and the food was below par. Will never go back.

   The Ricco Room is one of our favourite spots, and last night didn't disappoint! Our bartender Shay was personable, made delicious cocktails (that Tom Ford is fantastic) and we will be sure to attend again.
