   Waited for over 45 minutes after being seated for the server to even address me and my date. Waited another 40 minutes for our drinks and appetizers. Then waited for over an hour for our food. The entire time I’m watching our server dance around the establishment as if you don’t have multiple tables who haven’t been addressed or served. The server stated that she would discount the bill by 15% for the inconvenience and then brought us a bill with no discount on it. I had to remind the server of her own commitment which of course makes this even more uncomfortable. The food was good and the band (Park n Ride) were amazing. I hate to say I probably won’t eat dinner here again as this wasn’t the first time I had a bad experience with their wait times and servers but I may stop by for a nightcap at the bar to enjoy the band.

   I went for the third time in the past 2 years.Because my friends told me that the first two times it was early when they opened and that maybe I was prematurely judging them. I wasn't! I was charged a $15 per person entertainment fee plus a 20% guaranteed tip prior to me.Even sitting down and getting a meal. My date and I ordered 2 appetizers that took 48 minutes to arrive. And the dish tasted like Uncle Ben's rice with sautee' various Meats added. If it wasn't for the music entertainment.I would never have graced this place again. I watched several servers dig with their naked hands.in open bins that had lemons and place them in the drinks. I finally had to stop someone and say, "Can you please not put your bare hands on the fruits that you're placing and the drinks. I have been hesitant to write a review over the past 2 years because it's been criticized for black people criticizing other black businesses and not criticizing other cultures. That is not the case in this matter. I've always given reviews on restaurants because I believe that we ought to hold people accountable for the service business. Since this is my third, and last time ever gracing this facility, regardless of the promotion, I decided that I have to write a review because I saw more than one patron.Complaining about either food drink or service while sitting there. I really pray that they do an overhaul on their business and get it focused on customer service quality, food, and consistency. Making money will come if you do all of the other three correctly. Please forgive any typos.I was voice texting.

   Overall, it was a great time! The food was great and the venue is beautiful. The music was good and the service was courteous. However, the service was really slow.

   Great service from the hostess, server, and a manager came by to check on us. Excellent live music and atmosphere. The food and drinks were good but a bit pricey.

   Got there at 8:20 Prompt on time for 8:30 reservation for two. Seated 8:45,not a problem. Waited 15minutes for a waiter to come to table. We ordered drinks and 1 appetizer. We waited 30min for them them bring 1 drink,and when the guy brought the drink to the table he did not know what drink he was delivering,ok question lol. ThIs your drink, not sure what it is. Had to notify waiter again that they had not brought my wife drink or appetizer,which tookanother 15-20 minutes to get her attention. Furthermore Took another 15-20 minutes to get her drink and still no appetizer. So after that we had to grab waiter and tell her we never got appetizer and we have been waiting for her or someone to come back to take our dinner order. Meanwhile live band was playing only good thing,but by now we are starving and getting frustrated with the service in the establishment. Eventually waiter comes with our appetizer,now it's appropriately 9:45 or so and she takes our dinner order finally. Fast forward not its about 10:30 pm, which is about 45 min later our dinner has not come. My wife ws furious as well as me,and we were starving literally. It had been so long the band had stopped playing and was packing up. I Eventually got the waiter attention and told her we were dissatisfied with the srv and we still had not got our dinner,now just bring the Ck,we were fed up. She says she has to let her mang know and she brings the check. When she brings the check it was $100. Keep in mind we only had 2drnks and 1 aptizer,so I'm like what is this. They Charged me a $30 fee for the band that was playing,I'm like are you serious, it not about the money, we still have not gotten our dinner which is what we came for and it 2 hours later. That was almost more than the 2 drinks we had and 8 party wings. Madness, I'm like I'm not paying for a band fee and I have nt even got a chance to hav dinner. Long story mang. Wtd to argue wth me ovr $30fee did nt. Care tht we never got our dinner 2hrs later.👎

   The Stuffed Salmon was bland and the amount was small. The wings were average. The bar looks nice and the drinks are cool. The customer service is decent. Side note - The 2 baby Lamb chops with A1 Steak Sauce wasn't seasoned, just salted and isn't worth $26 as an appetizer Also, the cook or staff put too much butter on my biscuits You can literally see the liquid butter on the bottom of the basket provided for the biscuits That's unacceptable I'm not coming back 🤦🏿‍♂️

   I went on Saturday, December 28, 2024. This was my first time. The fried catfish and Mac n cheese were delicious. Also, the jerk chicken wings were good. I enjoyed the live music. I enjoyed everything and will be going back. ☺️

   My food was just warm when it came out. It took FOREVER to get drinks from the bar and the manager was asked to come to our table but NEVER showed up.

    My burger was tasty and the shrimp. The Bottomless mimosa is a win. Oh and the service is pretty good. I recommend you check it out.
