Wonderful dinner last night. Everything was delicious. Oysters are something I don’t know a lot about so I was really impressed with that course. They were presented beautifully and tasted amazing. I’m always impressed with the staff and the food that their kitchen prepared. I had the wine pairing and every wine complimented their course.

What a lovely experience! We had the November menu and the wine pairing. Everything was perfectly done and portions were the right size! Will be putting this restaurant on our regular rotation!

Being wine lovers we had our meal with the wine pairing and it was amazing. The food was perfectly prepared and tasted wonderful, truly a culinary experience. Our server was attentive without being intrusive and told us about the food in every course and the wine name with country, region, and year. The entire experience was far beyond our expectations and we plan on making this a regular destination.

Wonderful 5 course meal, great food, cocktails & Service! Highly recommend. Love the renovations. We will be back! Shout out to Zane, our bartender, and our waitress, Jayden, for great service!

The food was excellent. Great service and ambience. 4 course meal with small portions left us satisfied without being stuffed. We will definitely go back.

The food quality was top notch. The portions were very close to being satisfactory, but I would encourage just a little more on each course! Quiet & private setting - very tasteful décor paired with grade A lighting makes this restaurant a true fine dining experience.

Delicious Grand Opening Night 4 course meal with wine pairing! Such a great addition to the Middlebury food scene. We will definitely be back on a regular basis!

We had a wonderful time here at the soft opening. The food and drinks were excellent as was the company. The layout encourages conversation. We can't wait to come back when it's fully open
