Owners Terry & Jennifer McBurney offer guests a variety of Texan and Southern inspired cuisine complemented by professional and courteous service. Enjoy mouthwatering appetizers such as Crab Cakes, Coconut Shrimp, Jumbo Grilled Wings or Caprese. Entrees include American Wagyu Chicken-Fried Steak, Texas Quail, Certified Angus Steaks, Blackened Flounder unique Pasta dishes and Salads. End your meal with one of many scratch made Desserts including a gluten free Strawberry Shortcake.

    As always, the Republic Grill is a great place to gather with friends and family! They accommodated all 9 of us with no problems and that number changed 3 times before we arrived! Our server was very friendly and out going! We’ll be back!

    It's gumbo weather, y'all! My husband had that big ole bowl of chicken and sausage gumbo and loved every bite! I had the steak and avocado salad with 4 big onion rings on top and it was delicious! Our waiter was Chris and he did an excellent job of serving. The ambiance is so nice and this is a fairly quiet place to eat so you can hear conversation easily.

    Our group of 6 arrived on time for our 7:30 reservation on a Thursday night. They could have put tables together to seat us but they didn't. We finally got seated and the manager came by to apologize for the wait. He gave us two free appetizers and they came out immediately. The service and the food were fine after that. It is very noisy but its a popular place!

    Ordered the crabcakes. The were all crabmeat, no filler and came out hot and tasty. They come three to a plate - perfect for lunch. Excellent service from Samanatha. Always consistent. True neighborhood gem.

    The food was absolutely delicious and our waiter, Jason, provided outstanding service! He was attentive but not overly so. Recommendations for food, timing of starters, allowing us to enjoy meal without being rushed - Jason’s service was impeccable!!
